Simple Terms and Conditions

This website is owned and operated by DM Mills, trading as Tees with Attitude.
The Terms and Conditions as listed below will refer to you as “the Buyer” and TeeswithAttitude.co.nz / Tees with Attitude as “the Supplier”
A purchase of goods from this website or from Tees with Attitude in any form constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
 
Orders / Payment

All orders placed through this website will be processed and actioned within 72 hours and despatched as per standard CourierPost delivery – Allow minimum 1-3 days for delivery, extra time for rural deliveries.
PO Box delivery addresses are not accepted.
Payment transactions must be completed in full before any goods are despatched.
All MasterCard and Visa Card transactions are processed by PayPal, within their secure payment gateway. Tees with Attitude do not receive or keep any records of card details.
 
Garment Care

Please follow the instructions for garment care on the Care Labels attached to the garments.
Failing to follow these instructions may result in damage to goods.
Tees with Attitude will not be held responsible for any Damage caused by not following the Care Label Instructions.
Additional instructions for printed garments are below:
• Cold water wash.
• Wash garment inside out.
• Hang dry printed garments.
• Never Iron the printed area.
• Do not commercially wash or dry printed items.
 
Shipping / Delivery

Tees with Attitude offer Free Shipping Nationwide, as per normal CourierPost delivery (excluding Saturday delivery where charges may apply).
Allow 1-3 days for normal delivery, extra time for Rural areas.
 
Returns / Exchanges / Refunds

Returns must be requested and made within 10 working days and only accepted if:
-          Goods supplied are not what was ordered and have been incorrectly supplied
-          Goods supplied are damaged or faulty.
Credits / Refunds will be offered for these two categories only.
All goods returned will be at the Buyers freight cost and must include the original packaging.
Goods returned for Exchange must be returned with original packaging and be in an “unworn, unwashed” condition, at the Buyers freight cost.
Request for Returns / Exchanges / Refunds must be made in writing to: sales@teeswithattitude.co.nz
